Maurice Chair

This chair design is influenced by the Craftsman Style of joinery and woodwork. The joints of the Maurice Chair employ some complex interlocking resolutions, increasing joint durability. The wood is kept clean to display the fine Red Oak and Maple grain. It was completed over two weeks, working in the woodshop at the University at Buffalo.
